Responsibilities:
Assembly of car seats on the production line
Use of manual tools
Quality control

Work in a modern production facility: assembling car parts, using tools, and checking quality. Legal employment under a employment contract (umowa o pracę).

Work conditions:

Salary:

Base: 5083 zł/month gross
After 3 months — 6–12% bonus, usually 8–8.5%
Team bonus quarterly
Overtime – Weekdays +50%, Weekends +100%
Holiday bonus — 100% avg. salary (8116 zł)
Christmas bonus — 40%
Annual bonus — avg. 1200 zł

Work schedule:
3 shifts
Monday–Friday, overtime possible on Saturdays

Requirements:
Secondary education
Physically fit
Responsible and focused

Documents:

we accept applications based on the biometrics, visa, residence card, and voivodship visa;
fully legal employment;
we prepare an invitation for crossing the border using biometrics;
preparing an invitation for a 1-year visa;
assistance in applying for a temporary residence permit (karta czasowego pobytu) in Poland.
